Evidence-based practice

practice that relies on evidence to form arguments for guidance and decision-making

Evidence-based practice (EBP) is the concept that any medical, psychological or educational practices should be proved by science. The spread of the idea started in 1990s with the formalization of evidence-based medicine due to medical research institutes, scholars and universities.[1]
