Faithless elector laws

Faithless elector laws are a kind of laws in the United States of America. Faithless elector laws say that it is against the law for 2 kinds of electors to vote any way but the way the common voters told them they must. Those 2 kinds of electors are: electors for President of the United States of America; and electors for Vice President of the United States of America.[1]

Some experts believe faithless elector laws include the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.[1]
