Fanta Idrissa Koné (born 5 May 1995) is a Malian football referee.[1][2] She was a referee at 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.[3][4][5]

Career change

Since 2014, she has been on the list of international football referees in FIFA. In April 2021, she participated in a CAF Champions League match.

Koné was an assistant referee during the 2016 U-17 World Cup in Jordan, the 2017 Algarve Cup, the 2018 U-17 World Cup in Uruguay,[1] and the 2022 U-20 World Cup in Costa Rica.[6]

She was an assistant to Salima Mukansanga, with Mimisen Iyorhe, during the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. She refereed the final between Morocco and South Africa.
