Female guards in Nazi concentration camps also called Aufseherin ([ˈaʊ̯fˌzeːəʁɪn], pl. Aufseherinnen) was the title for a female guard in Nazi concentration camps. There were 50,000 guards who served in the concentration camps. Training records show that about 3,500 were women. Some sources estimate a much lower number, between 50 and 190.[1][2]
