Some images on the Flickr account of the CTBTO contain a link to this page on the CTBTO website, which directly contradicts the CC-BY-2.0 license on the Flickr page itself. An request for clarification was sent to the CTBTO, which confirmed that the CC-BY-2.0 license may in fact be used. The full email conversation is in the ticket below.
