Nei miei 62 anni di vita, non ricordo che mai Roma sia stata colpita così duramente dalle intemperie. Colpa dei cambiamenti climatici causati dai gas ad effetto serra: Colpa anche della speculazione edilizia, che ha cementificato il territorio rendendolo impermeabile; l'acqua di pioggia non può più essere assorbita dal terreno, ma arriva tutta direttamente al Tevere, facendolo esondare. (Questo è l'osservatorio astronomico, a Monte Mario). |
