Flag of Cleveland
The flag of Cleveland was a tricolor of red, white, and blue with a coat of arms charged in the center of the white stripe. While the meaning of the colors has changed over time, these three colors were adopted by flag of France. The ratio of the flag is 2:4.[1][2]
