Flag of Maracaibo
The flag of Maracaibo (Spanish: Bandera de Maracaibo) consists of three stripes, up there is white strip, to the center a red strip and down a blue strip with a coat of arms charged in the hoits of the white stripe. It was adopted in 2010.[1]
