Franz Ferdinand is a Scottish indie rock band from Glasgow, Scotland. The group is named after Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary. The band has released five albums, Franz Ferdinand, You Could Have It So Much Better With Franz Ferdinand, Tonight: Franz Ferdinand, Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action, and their most recent release, Always Ascending.
