Gérald Tremblay

former mayor of Montreal, Quebec (2001-2012)

Gérald Tremblay (born September 20, 1942) is a Canadian politician and businessman. He was Mayor of Montreal from 2002 until his resignation in 2012. He also was president of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.

Tremblay resigned as Mayor on November 5, 2012 after people accused him of corruption.[1]
