Germán Vargas Lleras (Spanish pronunciation: [xeɾˈmam ˈbaɾɣaz ˈʝeɾas]; born 19 February 1962) is a Colombian politician. He was Vice President of Colombia under President Juan Manuel Santos Calderón from 2014 until 2017. He unsuccessfully ran for President in the 2018 elections.[1]
