Gino Cappelletti

American football player (1934–2022)

Gino Cappelletti (March 26, 1934 – May 12, 2022) was an American professional football player. He played college football at University of Minnesota.[1] He played for the Boston Patriots from 1960 until 1970.[2] Cappelletti is a member of the Patriots Hall of Fame. He was the Patriots' radio color commentator until July 2012. His nicknames included "The Duke" and "Mr. Patriot".[3][4] Cappelletti was born in Keewatin, Minnesota.

Cappelletti died on May 12, 2022 at the age of 89.[5]
