Glenn Shadix
American actor (1952-2010)
William Glenn Shadix (April 15, 1952 – September 7, 2010) was an American movie, television, and voice actor who is known for his role as Otho in Beetlejuice and as the Mayor of Halloween Town in The Nightmare Before Christmas. Shadix was born on April 15, 1952 in Bessemer, Alabama and studied at Birmingham-Southern College.[2] Shadix was openly gay.[3] Shadix died on September 7, 2010 from a blunt trauma in his Birmingham, Alabama home after he accidentally fell. He was 58 years old.[4]
