Hank Bassen
Canadian ice hockey player (1932-2009)
Henry "Hank, Red" Bassen (December 6, 1932 – May 29, 2009) was a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender that spent most of his NHL career as a back-up goalie playing for the Chicago Black Hawks, Pittsburgh Penguins and Detroit Red Wings.[1]

Bassen had cancer. He died of a heart attack.[2]
