Hiroyuki Nishimura (西村 博之, Nishimura Hiroyuki, born 16 November 1976) is a Japanese internet entrepreneur and administrator who is best known for founding 2channel and later becoming the administrator of 4chan. He is also the CEO of Nishimura Systems, a company that specializes in building online communities. He has been involved in various controversies related to his management of these websites, including issues with hate speech and illegal content. He has also been involved in legal disputes over the ownership and control of 2channel.
