Huntress (Helena Wayne)

Helena Wayne is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Paul Levitz, Joe Staton, and Bob Layton, first appearing in DC Super-Stars #17 (1977).

Fictional character biography

She is the crossbow-wielding vigilante known as Huntress. Born on Earth-Two, she is the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle. She has been a member of Infinity, Inc. and the Justice Society of America. When Crisis on Infinite Earths destroyed the Multiverse, Huntress was reinvented as Helena Bertinelli. In the New 52 reboot, Helena Wayne has been Robin and is seen on Earth 2. Following Dark Nights: Death Metal, Helena Wayne of Earth 0 was born in a possible future and picked up the mantle of Huntress after the death of her father in The New Golden Age #1.
