Rio Luisito tree frog

The Rio Luisito tree frog (Hyloscirtus piceigularis) is a frog. It lives in Colombia on the Cordillera Occidental in the Andes Mountains. Scientists have seen it between 1750 and 2000 meters above sea level.[2][1][3]
