The ninth season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here was commissioned by Network 10 in October 2022. The series premiered on 2 April 2023 and is hosted by Julia Morris and Chris Brown. It is the first series since 2020 to return to a live broadcast in Africa; the previous two series were pre-recorded in Australia, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This series was Brown's last as host as he announced he would be joining the Seven Network from July 2023.[1][2]
