Out of kindness, she gives him a card, which Ralph misinterprets as a romantic gesture. He becomes infatuated with Lisa and begins pursuing her with relentless affection.
Lisa, frustrated and overwhelmed, snaps at Ralph on live television, telling him they are not together and that she never liked him. This public rejection leaves Ralph heartbroken. However, he channels his feelings into his role as George Washington in the school's President's Day pageant. His passionate performance earns thunderous applause, and he ultimately reconciles with Lisa, accepting her as a friend.
The episode is notable for its mix of humor and heartfelt moments, highlighting themes of kindness, miscommunication, and personal growth.
