Idle game
video game where the player aims to accumulate in-game currency at escalating rates, usually involving simple actions like clicking/tapping
Idle games (also known as clicker games) are a type of video game. They are played by doing simple things such as clicking on the screen to get in-game money.[1] One popular idle game is Clicker Heroes.[2]
In some idle games, even the clicking is no longer needed after some time, as the game plays itself.[2]

You can also "ascend" to essentially start over, but you'll unlock more special powers in the process.
