Input device

peripheral to provide data and signals to an information processing system

In computing, an input device is computer hardware which is used to enter data for processing.[1][2][3] Examples of input devices include keyboard, mouse, image scanner, digital cameras and joysticks.[3] A touchscreen is a combined input and output device.
