Irwin M. Jacobs
American electrical engineer and philanthropist
Irwin Mark Jacobs (born October 18, 1933) is an American electrical engineer and billionaire. He is a co-founder and former chairman of Qualcomm. He is a chair of the board of trustees of the Salk Institute.
