Pakistani professional Twenty20 franchise cricket team that competes in the Pakistan Super League

Islamabad United (Urdu: اسلام‌آباد یونئٹڈ) is one of the six teams[1] which plays in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The team represents the city of Islamabad and was founded in 2015. It is owned by Ali Naqvi and Amna Naqvi (Leonine Global Sports).[2] Misbah-ul-Haq is the captain of Islamabad United, while the head coach is Dean Jones.[3][4]
