James C. Smith (politician)
American politician
James Cloudis Smith (born May 25, 1940) is an American lawyer and politician. He was the 32nd Florida Attorney General from 1979 to 1987 and 21st and 24th Secretary of State of Florida from 1987 to 1995 and from 2002 until 2003.[1][2]
