James Carlisle
Dentist, former Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda
Sir James Beethoven Carlisle, GCMG (born August 5, 1937) is a dentist. He was the former Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda. His term ended in June 2007, after 16 years in office.[1]
