Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (1931–2021)
Sir James Fitz-Allen Mitchell KCMG PC MP (15 May 1931 – 23 November 2021)[1] was the former Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

He was the second Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the founder of the New Democratic Party (NDP).
He also was Premier of the then colony of Saint Vincent from 1972 to 1974, and as Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from 1984 to 2000.
