Jean-Claude Malgoire
French musician (1940-2018)
Jean-Claude Malgoire (25 November 1940 – 14 April 2018) was a French conductor. He was born in Avignon, France. His early musical career was as an oboist.[1]
In 1966, he founded La Grande Écurie et la Chambre du Roy. In 2002, he won the Handel Music Prize.
Malgoire died on 14 April 2018 in Paris of stomach cancer at the age of 77.[2]
