Jimmy McLane

American swimmer, Olympic gold medalist, former world record-holder (1930-2020)

James Price McLane Jr. (September 13, 1930 – December 13, 2020) was an American competition swimmer. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. McLane won two golds and a silver medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics and one gold medal at the 1952 Summer Olympics.

McLane died at his home in Ipswich, Massachusetts on December 13, 2020, at the age of 90.[1][2]
