John R. Cunningham
Canadian medical physicist
John Robert "Jack" Cunningham, O.C., (January 5, 1927 – January 4, 2020) was a Canadian medical physicist. He was known for his works in the development of radiation treatment planning dose calculations in radiation therapy. In 1988 he was awarded the highest award given by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine. He taught at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.
Cunningham died on January 4, 2020 at the age of 92.[1]
