José Raúl Mulino

39 Presidente de Panamá

José Raúl Mulino Quintero (born 13 June 1959) is a Panamanian lawyer, diplomat and politician who is the 39th President of Panama since 2024. He ran for president in the 2024 general election, replacing former president Ricardo Martinelli as the Realizing Goals nominee.[2]

  1. Mulino was initially nominated for the 2024 presidential election as Ricardo Martinelli's running mate. After Martinelli's disqualification as candidate, Mulino assumed the replacement but without a running mate/vice president by electoral disposition.[1]
