Joseph Stephen Paduano

Joseph Stephen Salupeza Paduano (born January 22, 1965),[2] also known by his nom de guerre[broken anchor] Carapali Lualhalti, is a Filipino politician. He is the House Minority Leader since 2020. He has been the party-list representative for Abang Lingkod since 2014.[3][4]
