Karen Civil is an American Internet marketer. She gained popularity for creating the website, Weezythanxyou.com where the rapper Lil Wayne published letters for his fans while he was incarcerated at Rikers Island.[3]

She grew up in a Haitian-American family in Elizabeth, New Jersey.[4] She was educated at Elizabeth High School and then graduated from Union County College located in New Jersey.[5]
