Kenzaburō Ōe

Japanese writer and Nobel Laureate (1935–2023)

Kenzaburō Ōe[1] (born January 31, 1935 in Ehime;[2] died March 3, 2023 aged 88[3]) was a Japanese writer and peace activist. He was the winner of the 1994 Nobel Prize in Literature.[4]

In this Japanese name, the family name is Ōe.
