Kimberly Peirce

American film director

Kimberly Peirce (born September 8, 1967) is an American movie maker and movie director.[1] Her first movie was the Academy Award Winning Boys Don't Cry.

Peirce directed the remake of the 1976 horror movie Carrie in 2013.[2]

Pierce was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
