Kinopoisk (Russian: Кинопоиск, a portmanteau of "cinema" and "search") is a Russian online database. It started in 2003. It has information about movies and TV shows including cast, production team, biographies, plot summaries, ratings, and reviews. It also has stills, trailers, posters, and wallpapers.

Users can edit the information and post reviews.
From April 2018, Kinopoisk has an application for Samsung TVs with Smart TV function, which allows people to watch films for rent or purchase.[2]
