Kohima
capital of the Indian state of Nagaland
Kohima (Angami Naga: Kewhira) is the capital city of the Indian state of Nagaland. It has a population of about 100,000. The Battle of Kohima was fought in Kohima and it is often referred to as one of the bloodiest battles of World War II.
