Lauren Nixon

South African water polo player and coach

Lauren Nixon (born 22 January 1997) is a South African water polo player and coach. She competed for the South Africa women's national water polo team in the 2017 World Aquatics Championships[1][2][3] and 2019 World Aquatics Championships.[4]

She played for the University of Cape Town's women's water polo team since she was 15 years old. In 2016 she won the Best Sporting First Year at University of Cape Town's annual sports awards. [5]
