Li Guanxing

Chinese engineer

Li Guanxing (Chinese: 李冠兴; 14 January 1940 – 1 December 2020) was a Chinese nuclear material engineer. He was president of the CNNC North Nuclear Fuel Element Co., Ltd. between 2001 and 2004. He was chairperson and party chief of China Nuclear Society from 2008 to 2018.[1] He was a delegate to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.[2] In 1999, Li became a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He was born in Shanghai.

Li died of an illness in Beijing, on December 1, 2020, aged 80.[3]
