Lucía Hiriart

Augusto Pinochet's widow

María Lucía Hiriart Rodríguez (born December 10, 1922), also known as Lucía Hiriart de Pinochet, is the widow of former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet. She was First Lady of Chile from 1973 to 1990. She was born in Antofagasta, Chile.

Lucía Hiriart Rodríguez, in September 2007 at a ceremony in Inés de Suárez Square (Providencia, a municipality in Santiago) in support of Chilean military personnel accused of human rights offenses.

On 30 December 2018, Hiriart was hospitalized after falling at her home in Santiago de Chile. She fractured her arm and multiple ribs.[1]
