Overview
changeThe platform was created in 1999 as a teleconferencing company by Tony Kula.[1][2][3]
In 2014, it launched SmartConference, a video conferencing service.[4] In 2016, the company acquired ubivent, a company that provided software for digital events. It later became MEETYOO.[5][6]
In 2022, it partnered with Kollective to optimize video transmission in corporate networks.[7]
