Magda Gabor

Hungarian-American socialite and television personality

Magdolna "Magda" Gabor (June 11, 1915 – June 6, 1997)[1] was a Hungarian-American movie, television, stage, voice, and radio actress and socialite. She was the elder sister of Zsa Zsa Gabor and Eva Gabor.

Gabor was born on June 11, 1915 in Budapest, Austria-Hungary. She was married to Jan Bychowski from 1937 until he died in 1944. Then she was married to William Rankin from 1946 until they divorced in 1947. Then she was married to Sidney R. Warren from 1947 until they divorced in 1950. Then she was married to Arthur Gallucci from 1956 until they divorced in 1957. Then she was married to George Sanders from 1970 until they divorced in 1971. She was last married to Tibor Heltai from 1972 until they divorced in 1973.

Gabor died on June 6, 1997 in Palm Springs, California from renal failure, aged 81. She was later buried at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City, California.
