Maren Heinzerling
German engineer
Maren Heinzerling (Maren Kämpfe 17 July 1938 - 10 April 2021) was a German engineer. She was was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit , and German Citizens' Prize.[1]
She graduated from Technical University of Munich.[2][3] She co-founded "Women in Science and Technology". In 1990, she organized the first Munich Girls' Technology Day, which led to Girls' Day. She developed STEM teaching modules.[4][5]
