Martin Rasner (born 18 May 1995 in Oberpullendorf) is an Austrian professional footballer. He plays as a midfielder for the 2nd league club SV Ried.

Career
changeMartin Rasner started playing football at SK Wiesmath. Then he played for the SVSF Pottschach youth team. In the SKN St. Pölten academy he went through all the teams up to U-18 . [1]
After the academy, Rasner was signed by FC Liefering. He made his debut for Lieferinger on August 6, 2013 in a 5-1 home win against SCR Altach. [2] Rasner scored his first league goal on March 28, 2014 in a 3-1 away win at Kapfenberger SV. [3]
For the 2015/16 season, Rasner moved to SV Grödig. In total he played 33 games for Grödig and scored 2 goals. [4] After the relegation Rasner moved to Germany in the summer of 2016 to the second division club 1. FC Heidenheim.
After only seven games for 1. FC Heidenheim, Rasner returned to Austria in July 2017. He joined the Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten. After 63 Bundesliga appearances, he left the club after the 2019/20 season. After half a year without a club, he moved to the second division club Floridsdorfer AC in February 2021. For the 2022/23 season he moved to FC Admira Wacker Mödling in the 2nd league. For Admira he made a total of 47 appearances in the 2nd league. For the 2024/25 season he moved within the league to SV Ried. [5]

changeHe played for the youth teams of Austria from U15 up to U21. He played at the U-19 European Football Championship 2014 in Hungary and the U-20 World Cup 2015 in New Zealand.
