Martin Lee Truex Jr. (born June 29, 1980 in Mayetta, New Jersey) is an American racecar driver. Truex drives the No. 19 Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. Truex won the 2004 and 2005 Xfinity Series championships.[1] Truex won the 2017 NASCAR Cup Series Championship in the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Toyota.[2] Truex's brother Ryan Truex is also a race car driver, with 3 NASCAR Xfinity Series wins to his name.

Truex announced in June of 2024 during a press conference at Iowa Speedway that he would be retiring from full-time NASCAR Cup Series racing, after 20 years of Cup racing.[3] He was named one of NASCAR's 75 Greatest Drivers in 2023. He was eliminated from his final playoff appearance in the Round of 16 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
