McVeggie is a veggie burger that is sold in McDonald's that is 100% vegetarian food. It is sold mostly in India and Brazil. The ingredients are usually: sesame bun, corn patty, tomato, lettuce, cheese, pickles and mayo. It was invented in 2012 in India and spread around the world. In Sweden and Portugal, McVeggie was renamed as McPlant in 2022.
