Michael Hübner
East German road bicycle racer (1959–2024)
Michael Hübner (8 April 1959 – 12 November 2024) was a German professional sprint track cyclist. He became a world champion in sprint, Keirin, and team sprint. Hübner was born in Karl-Marx-Stadt, East Germany.
Hübner died at a hospital in Chemnitz, Saxony, Germany from a short-illness on 12 November 2024, at the age of 65.[1]
