Mikhail Mikhailovich Kasyanov (Russian: Михаи́л Миха́йлович Касья́нов – Russian pronunciation: [mʲɪxɐˈiɫ mʲɪˈxajɫəvʲɪtɕ kɐˈsʲjanəf], born 8 December 1957) is a Russian politician. He was the Prime Minister of Russia from May 2000 to February 2004.[1]
