Millennium Falcon

The Millennium Falcon is a starship from the Star Wars fictional universe. It is seen in the original and sequel trilogy movies and many books, games, toys, and other things.^[1]

Creation

The Millennium Falcon was first made for the movie Star Wars: A New Hope by Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). Joe Johnston made models to redesign the Falcon in four weeks^[2] and the sound effect was made by Ben Burtt.^[3]
