Mireya Moscoso
Panama's first female president
Mireya Elisa Moscoso Rodríguez de Arias (born July 1, 1946) is a Panamanian politician. She was the 34th President of Panama from September 1, 1999 to August 31, 2004. She is the country's first female president.[1]
