Molamenqing
mountain in People's Republic of China
Molamenqing is a 7,661 metres (25,135 ft) mountain in the Himalayas range, in Tibet.[1] The height is disputed, and some sources put it at 7,703 metres (25,272 ft).[2] It is also known as Phola Gangchen.[3] It not considered an independent peak but as a part of Shishapangma. If it was, however, it would be either the 37th highest or 34th highest mountain in the world. (Depending on which height measurement is correct). The first people to reach the top were B. Farmer and R. Price, in 1981.[4]
